A). Menu
B). Full copy of executed business lease
C). Photographs-Inside & Outside
D). Seating capacity-Inside & Outside
E). Cuisine type
F). Owner's resume
G). Business Plan-Including financial projections
H). Copy of liquor license, if applicable
I). Completed merchant application
J). Business license
